1 General Provisions

bitph7 is an online gaming platform operated under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the bitph7 website, mobile platform, and any associated services, features, or content made available through the bitph7 ecosystem.

Throughout these Terms, references to "bitph7", "we", "us", or "our" refer to the platform and its operating entity. References to "you", "the Player", or "the User" refer to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the bitph7 platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the complete agreement between you and bitph7.

bitph7 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

The platform is designed and intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited or restricted is not permitted. bitph7 does not accept registrations from players located in jurisdictions where online gambling is illegal under local law.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to create and use a bitph7 account, you must meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of a corporation or other legal entity;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws applicable to you;
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bitph7;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order under a PAGCOR or other regulatory programme;
• You have not previously had a bitph7 account suspended or terminated for a violation of these Terms.

Registration Process

To register a bitph7 account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number. You agree that all information provided during and after registration will be truthful and up to date.

bitph7 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all accounts. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, or UMID card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed or full account functionality is granted. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in account restrictions.

Single Account Policy

Each eligible individual is entitled to register one (1) bitph7 account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bitph7 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and to confiscate any funds held in those accounts, including winnings derived from bonus funds.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bitph7 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. bitph7 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You agree to notify bitph7 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised use of your account. bitph7 may, in its sole discretion, suspend an account pending investigation where unauthorised access is suspected.

Account information, including your registered name, date of birth, and national ID number, cannot be altered once verified. Changes to contact information (email address, mobile number) require re-verification and must be submitted through the designated account management process.

bitph7 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks at any time. During such checks, access to your account and associated funds may be temporarily restricted. bitph7 will endeavour to complete security reviews as promptly as practicable and will communicate with you through your registered contact details.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on bitph7 are conducted in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP). bitph7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, InstaPay, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your bitph7 account within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via bank transfer or InstaPay may take longer depending on the sending institution. bitph7 does not impose a processing fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. bitph7 reserves the right to modify these limits without prior notice. Players may also set personal deposit limits through the responsible gaming tools available in their account dashboard.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Players must have completed identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are typically completed within one (1) to three (3) business days from the approval of the withdrawal request.

bitph7 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal, including but not limited to source of funds declarations, identity verification documents, or proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where such documentation is not provided to our satisfaction.

Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method that has been previously used to make a deposit into your bitph7 account and that is registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Anti-Money Laundering

bitph7 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering legislation and PAGCOR's AML requirements. All transactions are monitored. Suspicious transaction activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authorities, including the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bitph7 offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

The specific terms applicable to each promotion are published alongside the promotion itself and form part of these Terms by incorporation. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the stated time period; failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

bitph7 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. Activities including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets designed to minimise risk during wagering requirement completion, or exploiting errors in bonus calculations constitute bonus abuse and are prohibited. bitph7 reserves the right to confiscate bonus funds and associated winnings and to suspend accounts where bonus abuse is identified.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the bitph7 platform — including slots, live dealer games, sports betting, bingo, sabong, and fishing games — operate according to the individual game rules published within each game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the applicable game rules before placing wagers.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — bitph7 reserves the right to declare any affected round void and return the wager to the player. bitph7's decision on the outcome of any disputed game round is final, subject to the PAGCOR dispute resolution process.

bitph7 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by human dealers and are subject to the rules and procedures applicable to each live game variant. All game outcomes, whether RNG or live, are final once the game round is confirmed as complete.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. bitph7 reserves the right to change bet limits at any time without prior notice.

7 Responsible Gaming

bitph7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player well-being. We provide a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. 8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bitph7 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Creating or operating more than one bitph7 account;
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with games or the platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in games or the platform;
• Engaging in collusion with other players in any game where such collusion provides an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes through the platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorised access to the platform's underlying software or systems;
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bitph7 staff or other players.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bitph7 platform, including but not limited to the bitph7 name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, images, and data compilations, is the intellectual property of bitph7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bitph7 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, or creating derivative works from any bitph7 content without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of bitph7's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bitph7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or interruption of service.

bitph7's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your bitph7 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bitph7 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bitph7 shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bitph7's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Termination

You may close your bitph7 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified account balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing period, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or security review.

bitph7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Provision of false information during registration or verification;
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 8;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period when requested;
• A requirement to do so under applicable Philippine law, PAGCOR directive, or court order;
• Any activity that bitph7 reasonably believes poses a risk of financial, legal, or reputational harm to the platform.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, any funds remaining in the account may be forfeited, including verified deposits, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

12 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.

Where a dispute relates to gaming outcomes or platform operations regulated by PAGCOR, the PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply as a prerequisite to any court proceedings. bitph7 will co-operate fully with any PAGCOR investigation or mediation process initiated in connection with a player complaint.

Players may submit complaints to bitph7 directly via [email protected]. bitph7 will acknowledge all formal complaints within two (2) business days and aim to resolve complaints within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

13 Amendments

bitph7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bitph7 will notify registered players via their registered email address or through an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required urgently by law or regulatory directive.

Amended Terms will be published on this page with the updated effective date noted at the top of the document. Your continued use of the bitph7 platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your account.
